FREE KETO VEGETABLE CHART!
Keto Lifestyle and Diet Guide
The last few years has shown
an explosion in the Keto diet and people are losing weight with this lifestyle.
However, if you are new to
ketosis, it can be overwhelming to say the least. So many rules. So much
planning. What do you do and when? Do
you have time for all this?
Keto has food lists for each
group of foods, like this chart I made for you to copy and save if you wish.
This is just for the
vegetables category. You have similar lists for meats, cheeses, oils,
nuts/seeds, etc. As you can see it is a LOT to keep track of and can be
overwhelming and therefore so many quit this eating plan.
Keeping everything in one place and easily accessible is the key to success, The less stress the better for the Keto Beginner!
Another
problem that many starting on the Keto lifestyle encounter is what is called
‘Keto-flu’ which is partly caused from giving up carbs and sugar cold turkey.
To combat this you’re told to
cut out things gradually, again having to stop and look up this and that, what
can I eat when, is this what is making me not feel well? Is it that?
Keto is worth it for weight loss for many, many people.
But it won’t work for you if you’re overwhelmed with all the things to keep track of while trying to also live your life, and so you just give up and quit.
If any of this sounds like

touched on above.
